I approach design as a way to solve real problems with intention and care. Every project is an opportunity to understand not just what users need, but how they feel—what confuses them, what delights them, what builds trust. That empathy shapes how I structure an experience, how I make decisions, and how I measure success. It’s what makes the work meaningful.
That same mindset extends to the people I work with. I believe in building strong, respectful collaborations where ideas can surface early and evolve openly. Whether I’m in a workshop, a critique, or a working session with engineers, I listen closely, communicate clearly, and work to create momentum, not just alignment. Empathy isn’t just part of the process, it’s the foundation.
