Walmart’s Living Design team maintains the company’s design system, which was originally housed in a static repository.

I partnered closely with them to reimagine this resource as a dynamic, centralized knowledge hub accessible to all design teams across Walmart. This transformation included redefining content frameworks and developing prototypes to help stakeholders visualize a shift from a single-channel digital focus to a comprehensive omnichannel experience that reflects Walmart’s broad ecosystem.

// We established an effective workflow utilizing AI tools like Midjourney to quickly generate rich visual concepts, which I then translated into custom illustrations. This approach enabled the client to give immediate, actionable feedback and helped accelerate the creative process.
